Regulations and Administrative Instructions on KPCVA functioning have been adopted.
The Government of the Republic of Kosovo in its meeting held on 17.07.2017 adopted the Regulations and Administrative Instructions on the functioning of the Kosovo Property Comparison and Verification Agency.
The Regulations adopted in this meeting are as follows:
- Regulation on Duties, Responsibilities and Organization of the Executive Secretariat of the Kosovo Property Comparison and Verification Agency;
- Regulation on Duties, Responsibilities and Procedures of Commissions of the Kosovo Property Comparison and Verification Agency;
- Regulation on the Work of the Supervisory Board of the Kosovo Property Comparison and Verification Agency;
- Administrative Instruction on exemption of property/user right holders from public utilities arrears for occupied properties and properties under the administration of the Kosovo Property Comparison and Verification Agency;
- Administrative Instruction on procedures, conditions and criteria for the end of administration of properties under administration and those included in the rental scheme of the Kosovo Property Comparison and Verification Agency.
All these Regulations and Administrative Instructions derived from the Law No.05-L-010 on the Kosovo Property Comparison and Verification Agency.
