Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the KPCVA and the DRC

On 9 January 2019, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the KPCVA, represented by Ms. Florije Kika, Acting Deputy Director of the Executive Secretariat and the DRC, represented by Ms. Kristen Stec, DRC Kosovo Director. This agreement is of utmost importance as it will, inter alia, enable the continuation of cooperation between our institutions by supporting the Agency in the execution of its mandate regarding repossession of properties by the property right holders in the northern part of Mitrovica. This support will be realized through the recruitment of an International Officer, and the costs will be covered by the DRC.
