Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the KPCVA and the KKA

On 18 January 2019, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Kosovo Property Comparison and Verification Agency (KPCVA), represented by Ms. Florije Kika, Acting Deputy Director of the Executive Secretariat and the Kosovo Cadastral Agency (KCA) represented by Mr. Avni Ahmeti, Acting Director General.

 The signed MoU sets out the modalities of cooperation between the two institutions in order to implement the Law 05/L-010 on the KPCVA, which will facilitate, inter alia, the comparison and verification process of cadastral documents that will be returned from Serbia, through access to the data, physical or electronic, their efficient exchange, and development of various trainings, when necessary.

 Also, both institutions agreed to cooperate closely in the future on a successful realization of this MoU and their mandate in general.
