Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the KPCVA and the Kosovo Police

On 26 February 2019, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Kosovo Property Comparison and Verification Agency (KPCVA), represented by Ms. Florije Kika, Acting Deputy Director of the Executive Secretariat, and the Kosovo Police (KP), represented Mr. Rashit Qalaj, General Director of Kosovo Police.

The signed MoU aims to define the prior obligations and proper procedures of the signing parties in relation to the KP support in the execution of evictions and demolition of unlawful structures upon the KPCVA request.

Also, both institutions agreed that they will ensure effective and successful implementation of this MoU.
