PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT TRAINING OF KPCVA STAFF MEMBERS

With respect to continuous professional development, staff training needs according to the new Law on Civil Service and staff capacity building needs were identified, and as such the KPCVA organized a three-day training of managerial and professional staff members on the topic "Law on Public Officials, Innovations and Changes in the Public Administration / Civil Service".

In developing the modules, special focus was given to topics related to legislation on civil servants/ public officials, classification of civil service job positions, promotion, determination of priorities and objectives, performance appraisal, discipline in civil service, transfers of civil service officials and other professional aspects.

The European College of Kosovo was selected as the implementing partner. Training is part of the activities planned by KPCVA management with the aim of training and professional development of staff members.
