In order to finalize the sub-legal acts derived from Law No. 08/L-052 on Supplementing and Amending Law No. 05/L-010 on Kosovo Property Comparison and Verification Agency, the Agency and the Legal Office - OPM organized a three-day workshop supported and funded by the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), Mission in Kosovo.

The purpose of this workshop was to finalize the following sub-legal acts of the Agency:

-Draft-Regulation on Procedures for Handling Informality by the KPCVA. -Draft- Regulation on Procedures, Conditions and Criteria related to Property Administration and Implementation of the Voluntary Rental Scheme.

The workshop brought together various institutions, including the Legal Office of the Prime Minister - OPM, OSCE, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Communities and Return, Ministry of Finance/Property Tax Department, and the Kosovo Cadastral Agency.
