The Kosovo Property Comparison and Verification Agency (the Agency) held a meeting with the OSCE and Kanun

The Agency held the next meeting with OSCE representatives Mr. Bilbil Kastrati and Mrs. Arta Shala-Visoka as well as the representative of Kanun Marketing Agency Mr. Vullnet Gacaferri on 4 July 2023. They were received by the Director of the Agency Mrs. Afërdita Beka-Arifaj, the Deputy Director Mr. Milaim Çekaj and Mrs. Hana Jonuzi, Acting Head of Information Unit of the KPCVA. In the meeting they discussed the Strategy for the Media Campaign related to the Informal Transaction. Based on Law No. 08/L-052 on amending and supplementing the Law No. 05/L-010 the Agency is mandated through the Property Claims Commission (PCC) to decide on the requests submitted for legal recognition of uncontested and legitimate property rights over immovable properties, transferred through informal transactions before 24 March 1999.
