KPA  signs a Memorandum of Cooperation with the SHPRK

 On 23 December, 2014, the Kosovo  Property Agency (KPA) signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with the  Non-Governmental Organization “Social Housing and Property Rights in Kosovo”  (SHPRK).

The aim of the Memorandum is  transportation and delivery of documents related to the KPA cases, addressed to  the KPA Headquarters, at the SHPRK offices in Podgorica and vice versa.

Furthermore, the Memorandum will provide  explanations by the SHPRK in relation to implementation procedures of the KPA  decisions received, as well as other relevant documents, to Claimants who are  currently residing in Montenegro.

Through the Memorandum, the process of  transportation and delivery of the relevant KPA documents to Montenegro will be  undertaken fortnightly. Thus, this will enable the Claimants to receive the  official KPA documents and also contact the authorized SHPRK officials in  person.

The Memorandum of Cooperation  facilitates the work of the KPA in the process of implementation of the KPCC  decisions.
